EXTERNAL SURF CAMP in CANARY ISLANDS CHIKISURF

Located on one of the lucky islands, the island of Fuerteventura, the second largest island of the Canaries, is located in the Atlantic Ocean 100 km from the African coast. This wonderful island that stands out in Europe for having an excellent warm climate throughout the year and very good conditions for surfing. Our summer surf camp takes place at the facilities of La Wave Surf Canarias in Playa Blanca. This means that our participants will have access to high quality surf equipment and safe and comfortable facilities on the beach. It is designed for children from 5 to 14 years old who want to learn to surf or improve their technique in the water. Participants will have the opportunity to learn with professional and experienced instructors on the beach in the municipality of Puerto del Rosario. It is important to highlight our experience in this type of project, with previous background in the development of the same activities in our delegations of LA WAVE SURF CANTABRIA AND LA WAVE SURF CORUÑA in which we have already collaborated for several years in the creation of these children's services training in collaboration with the corresponding municipalities.

Our mission is to continue promoting surfing as an inclusive sport, as a tool for environmental education and strengthening children's services for families in the Puerto del Rosario area during the 2023 summer vacation season.

In addition to our beginner and advanced surf courses, we offer a wide variety of fun and educational activities for our participants. From beach games to painting and environmental workshops, our program is designed to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the day.

Plus, at our summer surf camp, kids will have the chance to make new friends and connect with other kids who are passionate about surfing. The experience of learning together on the beach and in the water is a unique and unforgettable experience that your children will enjoy for many years.

Our instructors are highly trained to work with children of all ages and skill levels. Participants will learn surf techniques appropriate to their skill level, allowing them to improve quickly.

In addition to our beginner and advanced surf courses, we offer a wide variety of fun and educational activities for our participants.

From beach games to painting and environmental workshops, our program is designed to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the day.

We also offer beach volleyball and other physical activities to keep our participants active and fit. We want to make sure kids get the full summer beach experience, not just surfing.

Our environmental workshops are designed to teach children about the importance of protecting our environment and how to do it on the beach.

We believe it is important to educate our youth about the impact our actions have on the world around us. In our painting workshops, children can let their imagination and creativity run wild while creating works of art inspired by the sea and waves.

The snack is included in the registration price, which means that you will not have to worry about providing an additional snack for your children during their stay at the camp.

• The camp takes place from June 26 to August 25, 2023 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• We understand that some families may need extra early drop-off or late pick-up services due to their work schedules.

• We offer these services for an additional fee to provide flexibility for families and to ensure children are supervised and cared for the entire time they are at camp.
