"Enjoy the perfect adventure camp in Bustarviejo, just 45 minutes from Madrid."

With more than 18 years experience running summer camps, our objective is to offer children the tools they need for their personal development, promoting fun and group spirit.

There will be 3 hours every day (from Monday to Friday) of technification and football practise, with specialised trainers and experienced supervisors.

The daily training will consist of football learning and/or development, to improve physical form and learn new techniques and team tactics.

The Football Camp is 15 minutes walk from the hostel. It is a recently constructed building in an attractive spot.

Our camps are based around the so pioneering personal education that we offer our students, which promotes self-knowledge, empathy and self-esteem, benefitting the personal and academic performance of our students.

Supervisors and staff:
The AVACAMP motto is to make sure that camps are enjoyable and at the same time that the children can share and learn to live together. Our team is formed of recognised professionals with lots of experience in the different areas of the programme: languages, education and creativity, sport and leisure and free time.
 

Team: 1 programme director (head of the complex) + 1 qualified Coordinator + 1 qualified lifeguard. 1 qualified supervisor for every 10 children. Specialised trainers and experienced football technification instructors. 

Specialist techers in: Water activities, leisure time and free time. Emotional intelligence. Creativity. learning to take on responsibility - English Camp. 

**In collaboration with Linvaidiomas School - Language school Native English teachers. George Washington School of English is specialised in conversation classes. Professionalism together with experience. Staff in practise. 

 

Activities

  • FOOTBALL CAMP:

    There will be 3 hours every day (from Monday to Friday) of technification and football practise, with specialised trainers and experienced supervisors. The daily training will consist of football learning and/or development, to improve physical form and learn new techniques and team tactics. Each participant will bring his own specific sports kit, football boots and shinpads.  The balls, different bibs and the rest of the material will be provided by AVACAMP.

  • ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES:

    Zip line, monkey walk, Tibetan bridge, climbing wall, archery, games, workshops...and evening entertainment and parties.

  • WATER ACTIVITIES:

    -Canoeing

Facilities

Albergue Valle de Los Abedules Camp is situated in a site of immense beauty, running alongside Guadarrama National Park (Sierra Norte). Less than an hour from Madrid, the Abedules Valley Hostel Camp consists of 25, 000 m² of land at the heart of a beautiful valley in the Sierra Norte. The hostel is situated at the heart of the natural world, giving the children the chance to have many great experiences, learning about the environment and the responsible use of natural resources.

The football campus is just 15 minutes walk from the hostel. It is a recently constructed building in an attractive spot.

The hostel is in the middle of the towns of Bustarviejo and Miraflores de la Sierra: 4 kilometres from each town. Both have basic emergency services, a pharmacy, shops etc. Apart from the outpatient units, the closest emergency services are in La Cabrera (15 km) and in Soto del Real (12km).

Food:
We have a highly experienced kitchen team who will cater for allergies and intolerances, as well as special menu for religious requirements.
The food is made every day on our facilities with fresh ingredients from the area which comply with current regulations.

Booking Policy

Cancellations: 50% of the paid cost will be refunded if the cancellation is made 60 days or more in advance of the start of the camp. Any other Abedules Valley Hostel Camp cancellations will not allow any kind of refund to the customer. If the customer does not attend the camp, there will be no possibility for a refund.
