Info

Surf camp in Santillana del Mar, with surfing as the main activity, but not the only one, the main aim is for children to have fun, learn and live together with their classmates. Every day we have different activities, evenings, visits and workshops programmed. In this programme we highlight the surfing activity, the open air, the contact with nature... As teachers, monitors and leisure time specialists, we take into account that children and young people need us to adapt ourselves continuously, as far as possible, to their preferences, tastes, hobbies, and that we have a permanent disposition to favour the enrichment of their personality.

Activities

Physical education, sport and health.
  • Surfing, swimming, beach sports, alternative sports and games, mini-golf, games in the natural environment, etc...
  • Physical education in the natural environment.
  • Labyrinth, hiking, orienteering in nature, search games, etc...
Rural environment.
  • Vegetable gardens, manual workshops, popular games and traditional sports.
  • Environmental education.
  • Games and dynamics of environmental education, recycling workshops, interpretation of the landscape, care of the environment, etc...
Leisure and free time:
  • Camp games, group dynamics, gymkhanas, themed evenings, co-operative games, night games, disco, etc....
Educational tourism programme:
  • The privileged location of Santillana del Mar allows visits and educational tourism without the need for long journeys. For each week we have programmed an excursion to visit the Neo caves of Altamira.
  • Nansa River Route
  • In addition to different itineraries around Santillana del Mar, where we will visit the village of Santillana and visit La Villa Marinera de Suances, where they will explain and we will learn everything related to the sea.
Educational tourism" programme:
  • Excursion and visit to the Neo Caves of Altamira. Guided tour of Santillana del Mar. - Visit to the fishing village of Suances.

Facilities

1st category campsite in Santillana del Mar in July and Cobreces in August. Equipped with swimming pool, restaurant, multi-purpose sports courts, mini-golf, tennis, etc. ...., various multi-purpose rooms and large leisure areas, changing rooms, bathrooms and toilets.

  • Development of the camp in a privileged environment (Santillana del Mar, Cantabria).
  • Use and enjoyment of all the facilities and equipment. (Exclusive use for our students)
  • Supervision and tutoring by coordinators and monitors (qualified monitors 24 hours a day).
  • Accommodation in shared bungalows with full bathroom.
  • Full board (4 meals a day, varied, healthy and balanced diet, special diets and diets for allergy sufferers).
  • Transfer service: Pick up and transfer from the places to the establishment, always with monitors.

Pick Up Policy

Optional transport from Madrid 55€ (return trip included), one way only 30€. Optional transport from Logroño 45€ (return trip included), one way only 25€. This service will depend on reaching the minimum quota of 21 children registered, in case of cancellation, participants will be informed at least 15 days in advance so that they can decide how to get to the camp.
