RFEG GYMNASTICS CAMP

Gymnastics Camp is a project of the RFEG that offers the opportunity to live a training experience at the highest level to discover and share the values ​​of gymnastics, both rhythmic and artistic.

Modalities:

• INITIATION: Gymnasts who practice 2/3 hours per week.
• PROMISES: Gymnasts started in regional competitions.
• TECHNIQUE: Federated gymnasts competing nationally with a license.

External: Aimed at participants from 7 years. 5 days, from Monday to Friday. (€ 385)

1st week: from July 27 to August 2 - Rhythmic Gymnastics.
2nd week: from 3 to 8 August - Rhythmic Gymnastics and Artistic Gymnastics.

Interns: Aimed at participants from 9 years. 7 days, from Sunday to Saturday. (€ 685)

1st week: from July 26 to August 1 - Rhythmic Gymnastics.
2nd week: from 2 to 8 August - Rhythmic Gymnastics and Artistic Gymnastics

• Program designed by the technical team of the Royal Spanish Gymnastics Federation.
• Training: technique, postural control, specific training.
• Sports Education: score code, nutrition, psychology, training methodologies.
• Play Activities: game dynamics linked to sports values. Teamwork, effort, leadership and self-control.
• Music applied to movement (rhythmic gymnastics): contemporary, classical, salsa and flamenco dance.
• Physical preparation (artistic gymnastics): specific preparation for each of the machine.
• Master Class: Master classes are a fundamental part of our program, which complements the daily work with specific seminars of international level gymnasts.

Coach

At Gymnastics Camp the trainings are led by first-rate technicians and gymnasts. Members of the Royal Spanish Gymnastics Federation.

Facilities

European University of Madrid Residence. One of the most prestigious private universities worldwide. The Villaviciosa de Odón Campus stands out for its modern and avant-garde facilities. With more than 25 hectares, the campus has all the necessary resources for the execution of the Gymnastics Camp.

Sports facilities:

In the UEM facilities we have a covered pavilion with all the necessary equipment for practicing gymnastics, with a capacity for 500 participants. In addition to an extensive sports complex with swimming pools, gym, athletics track, soccer fields ...

Accommodation:

The EMU has two university residences with capacity for 500 people, distributed in double and single rooms, all exterior with views of the exterior gardens and surroundings with a private bathroom, where our internal participants will enjoy all the comforts.
