Description

Campamentos Mediterráneo was created as a group synergy of different companies, in order to offer different educational programs during the year, in the most effective and attractive way as possible. The fact of being present in numerous educational centres working in different areas, such as our PK English project, Cambridge Exam preparation, and extracurricular activities, among others, allows us to have a team of professionals with extensive experience in this sector.

Program for internal students that includes English classes, cooking classes (culinary gymkhana, masterclass and application of cooking techniques, pastry, kitchen team...), multi-adventure, workshops, excursion to park water park and water sports activities. Accommodation in wooden cabins with full board in charge of our restaurant. Cabins are shared according to sex and ages. The students join on Saturday afternoon from 5pm to 6pm and finish on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm; schedules in which parents will be attended. (You may request a different day of entry and exit).


Activities

COOKING CAMPS: We teach cooking classes based on the Mediterranean diet and its food pyramid, understanding this as a healthy nutritional pattern for the benefit of health. In this way, we work to discover different foods and dishes of the area through different dynamics and activities such as:

  • COOKING CLASSES:

We work with preparation of recipes, tools, ingredients, boiling times..

  • CULINARY GYMKHANA:

The gymkhana is a journey through the Mediterranean diet. During the games the participants go from test to test (workshops, crafts or games), while they learn what are the nutritional values necessary to ensure a good diet.

  • BAKING WORKSHOP:

The pastry, can be one of the best ways to introduce them in the kitchen: on the one hand because the candy attracts them more, and on the other, because in their processing is not necessary to use fire. In addition it also allows them to practice shapes and fun decorations.

  • COOKING TEAM:

We work with different dishes promoting interpersonal communication, creativity and resolute capacity, solidarity and collaboration in the work team; fostering skills such as leadership and time management, as well as coordination, organization and teamwork.


Facilities

Our summer camps in Oropesa del Mar have excellent facilities on the beachfront. We have accommodations in wooden cabins with toilets and showers for the exclusive use of the participants; six classrooms for language classes and workshops (two with projector), own kitchen prepared for all types of diets (with the possibility of developing special diets such as vegans, for allergies and intolerances ...), summer pool, hot water spa , computer room, Wi-Fi, restaurant with large dining room, laundry, playground and ideal spaces around us to enjoy evening events, workshops, excursions and all kinds of activities whether sports, nautical ... and all this under full supervision 24 hours a day. 

Camping Didota has facilities which are kept in continuous update, to provide an unforgettable experience to all the visitors.

Pick Up Policy

Our camp offers a pick-up point and back at the NORTH VALENCIA STATION every Saturday, for a minimum stay of two weeks in the camp. On the other hand, if the parents wish, they will be able to approach themselves or a relative to the camp from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the camp start days, as well as pick them up from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. days of end of camp.  Pick up points:

FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • 50% payment when you make the booking
  • The remaining cost must be paid at least 3 weeks before the start of the programme, by cheque written out to the name of the organisation, by bank transfer to our bank account or in cash. 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN CAMPAMENTOS MEDITERRÁNEO

  • The information in the leaflet is binding for both parties, apart from in the event of one of the following:
  • Changes in this information have been communicated to the consumer before the contract is signed and this has been expressly mentioned in the leaflet. 
  • There are modifications made later, agreed upon by both parties. 

REGISTRATION, PRICE AND FORM OF PAYMENT

This payment is made as an initial preparation and administration fee. This will be deducted from the total cost of the programme. The rest of the cost should be paid at least 3 weeks before the start of the programme. If the full payment is not made in this time, your registration will be cancelled and it will not be possible to reclaim any of the cost back. 

REVISION OF PRICES

The programme prices are subject to possible variations as a consequence of currency fluctuations, increases in transport costs and in fuel costs. Any changes in prices will be communicated to the customer. When these changes are significant (an increase higher than 15% is considered significant), the customer will be within their right to cancel their booking or accept the changes.
